 Model structure:

1. To dissect the natural human brain, remove the dura mater, and place it on the base in a normal physiological position.

2. Make a mid-sagittal cut, and make a horizontal cut of the left hemisphere through the lateral sulcus to the occiput. The left half of the brain shows the deep insula free, exposed in the lateral sulcus.

3. The sulci, gyrus, and lobes are shown on the north side, inner side and bottom of the hemisphere.

4. The mid-sagittal plane of the brain shows the cross-sectional structure of the corpus callosum, septum, cerebellum, cerebellum and brainstem.

5. The complete structure of the brain stem, including twelve pairs of cranial nerves
